When will my order be shipped out?

Orders can take 1-3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@brilixco.com. This EXCLUDES all personalized and custom pieces which are final sale. Please be sure you understand these terms before purchasing anything.

How long does shipping take?

Typical Shipping times are between 4 - 7 business days for U.S. and Canada orders. 5 - 9 business days for international orders. We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.

We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

Where do you ship from?

We ship out from fulfillment centers in Canada and the United States. Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they go.
